Photographs

It is important to remember that I work from the photograph so it should be a favourite one as the portrait will be based on it. In the gallery I have shown the original photograph I worked from to give you an idea. I can group animals together in a group portrait as long as I am supplied with photographs.

Needless to say, all photographs sent to me, will be returned to you.

It would be brilliant if you could scan and send the photo via email but if this is not possible I will arrange an address for you to post to.

The Portrait

I use the best quality materials to produce my portraits and each one will take several hours to do. From order to delivery will take approx 4 weeks although if there is a special date you want to work to then I will give it my best shot to meet it.

Once the portrait is complete I will send you an email with a scanned copy for your approval. Portraits will be sent insured, via registered carrier.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the portrait a full refund will be given once the portrait has been returned to me in its original condition. I retain copyright on all my work and it must not be copied or reproduced in any form without my express, written consent.

The finished portrait will be approximately A4 12” x 9” in size, unframed with a border for the price of £90.00 (which includes postage) for groups, add £40.00 for each additional pet. A deposit of 25% is requested on the commission of a portrait with the balance being due on completion for all UK customers.

Registration & Your Account

We have enabled a facility where you can Register, and create an Account with PetFolio.biz, this way you can control your photos, upload and delete selected images, and comission us to paint your portraits. The reason we have a registration process, is to protect your images.

Once you have Registered, you will be taken to a Profile page, this is where you can upload a photo, or multiple photos, from your computer, directly to our servers, don't worry, these images are only visible by you, and us. We have locked it down this way, so your private images are kept private!

Once you have Registered, you can Login to your account at any time, and manage your account. You can login by clicking on the Top Navigation bar, or anywhere you see the word Login, to add more images, you will need to click on the Edit button located at the bottom left of the screen, at the bottom of the page, once you have clicked on this Edit button, you have a number of options.
